HEADSHOT session Process

 

1.Booking & retainer
  • Once availability is confirmed, a contract and invoice will be sent to officially reserve your session.
  • Full payment ($150) is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
  • Accepted payment methods: Online credit card payment via Pixieset, Zelle.
  • After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to share your outfit, style, and location preferences
  • Your session date is secured once the contract is signed and payment is received.

 

2.Zoom call & final payment
  • I love meeting you ahead of time! This helps the session feel more relaxed and fun.
  • During our Zoom call, we’ll chat about your personality, outfit choices, and the location so I can plan poses and make the session flow smoothly.
  • Following the Zoom consultation, the remaining balance will be invoiced and is due 24 hours before the session.

 

3.your SESSION

 

  • During your session, I’ll guide you through the process so everything feels relaxed and natural. My goal is to create images that feel genuine and effortless.

4.PREVIEW GALLERY & IMAGE SELECTION
  • Within five days of your session, you’ll receive a private online preview gallery with up to 15 lightly edited images.
  • From this gallery, you’ll select your 5 favorite images for final professional editing.
  • Downloads are disabled in the preview gallery to ensure only the final selected images are delivered.

 

5.FINAL EDITING & DELIEVERY
  • Once your image selection are received, your 5 fully retouched, high-resolution images will be delivered via a private online gallery within one week.
  • You’ll receive download links so you can easily save and share your final images.

  • Professional headshot sessions focus on clean, confident images for LinkedIn, company websites, and personal branding.
  • Each session is relaxed and guided to help you look natural, polished, and professional.
  • Headshot session locations will be discussed together.
