PROCESS
1. Inquire
Submit a session inquiry form to get started.
2. Review & Book
You’ll receive details about the session process and pricing.
Once ready, a contract and invoice will be sent to reserve your session.
3. Plan
After booking, we’ll schedule a Zoom consultation for Family & Senior sessions to go over outfits, styling, and session details.
4. Session Day
Enjoy a relaxed, guided session experience.
5. Gallery Delivery
Receive your preview gallery, select your favorites, and receive your final edited images in an online gallery.

Weather
Q: What if the weather looks uncertain?
A: I closely monitor weather conditions and will communicate with you ahead of time if rescheduling is needed for the best possible results.
Turnaround time
Q: When will I receive my photos?
A: You will receive your preview gallery within 5 days of your session. Final edited images are delivered within 2 weeks after your selections are made.
Privacy & Sharing
Q: Will my photos be shared on social media or your website?
A: I love being able to share a few selected highlights from our sessions to showcase my work and help other families find me! I always do so with the utmost care and intention. However, I completely understand if you would prefer to keep your gallery private, and I am more than happy to honor that.
Q: Can I keep my photos completely private?
A: Absolutely! Your comfort is my priority. If you prefer that your images remain strictly for your personal use and off my public portfolio or social media, just let me know. I offer a dedicated Privacy Option to ensure your images stay just between us.
Q: Is there an additional cost for a private gallery?
A: Yes, there is a $60 Privacy Fee for sessions where images are not used for marketing or public display. Because my business relies on sharing recent work to connect with new families, this fee helps cover the loss of that marketing opportunity. If you’d like this option, please let me know before we sign your agreement so I can set everything up perfectly for you!
Number of people in Family Session
Q: How many people can be included in a session?
A: Family sessions include up to 5 people. You’re welcome to add additional family members for $20 per person, with a maximum of 8 people per session total.
Q: Who can be included in a family session?
A: Family sessions are currently designed for immediate family members only (no pets at this time). I may expand this in the future, so please check back for updates.
